• Returns are accepted from 15 days of the time of original purchase.
• Returned items must be in new condition with no damages and in its original packaging.
• If the product is defective or damaged before it went into shipping, we will replace your order and cover the cost of the return shipping. If the wrong part was ordered we will accept the return but the customer will have to cover the return shipping cost.
• Please contact our customer service support through the Customer Service tab and write an email about the situation with your order. Please include your name and your Order Number.
• Refunds will be allowed on agreed terms of the seller/manufacturer and the customer. Not all orders will be considered refundable by seller/manufacturer. Damaged returns will only be replaced by a product of the same or equal value. Refunds will be honored for defective or damaged products that were determined to be in that condition before original shipping to customer. We do not accept responsibility for any damages in shipping or from incorrect handling and improper installation of end user.
